This listing is for one set of 8 coil stamps as shown. It is the 5c Circus Wagon from the fourth transportation issue 1990 to 1995. They were the fifty-third, sixtieth and sixty-second coil stamps added to the set. 

The design was changed to eliminate misuse by adding the ¢ symbol. Stamps with denominations like 05 (five cent) turned upside down look like 50 cents. Scott 2452B (gravure) is often confused/substituted with common low gloss 2452al (engraved) by uninformed sellers. We have taken away any guesswork and guarantee 100% accuracy in description and condition.

We occasionally use Brookman minor numbers like "l" and "v" for variety because Scott numbers are inadequate. Technically, 2452l is not a real number but useful to identify this variety. All eight stamps are described by Scott as the color 'carmine' but there are definite shade variations across the set.

  • Stock photo. The actual stamps may be different from this display, however we guarantee that they will be comparable or better condition or fully refunded. The logos are watermarked into the images. They are not printed on the actual stamps. The black background display mount is not included. For pane singles the straight edge position may vary. For se-tenant blocks/strips the position order will always be exactly as pictured.

  • Scott order. We always ship sets of stamps in this order (left to right) as pictured and/or stacked (top to bottom).

  • Stamps, especially coils may have a natural curl. Gummed sheet stamps will often have gum breaker ridges. Self adhesives will have straight even cuts and margins edges.

  • Purchasing is self service. If you need help please feel free to contact us for an invoice. We typically will not send a manual invoice because we have no way of knowing when you are done shopping unless you ask.

  • Please pay combined by using the shopping cart. You will receive individual notifications from eBay with payment information after each item. You are free to combine and pay at any time that you are ready. Payments should be made within "reasonable time" following the purchase.

  • We ship internationally but not to every country in the world. Please verify postage rates before purchasing. Large International orders will be shipped via US Registered Mail at current rates. Please understand that Registered International mail might take as long as a month to deliver after we have posted it and patience is appreciated.

  • Feedback is left following the conclusion of each transaction. We do not immediately leave feedback after payment. The transaction is not over until you have your stamps and we know that all is well. The fastest way to receive feedback is to leave it for us and we should soon respond in turn. We post feedback daily.
