Authentic faithful reproduction and exact in every way to the original Delta Rocket Ray used on Mens and Ladies bikes of every make and model.  Most notably used on the 26" Schwinn Panther and all the Schwinn 26" DX models, Fleet, Hornet, American, Streamline, Wasp and etc.. They were used on J.C. Higgins, Western Flyer, Roadmaster, Shelby, Colson, Huffy, Columbia, Hawthorne, Dayton and etc.    It is complete. .
