This hard drive upgrade adds an incredible 160 GIGS (around 320 CD's worth) of storage capacity to your AKAI MPC 1000 or MPC 2500. This gives you virtually unlimited storage capacity for your music! This hard drive slides into the AKAI HDM-10 hard drive mounting kit, which should be included inside your sampler. This auction is for the bare hard drive only, and does not include any additional mounting hardware or caddy, but you can use the hardware from your old drive if you have one installed. Installation instructions are included. The entire operation should take just five minutes or less. (The AKAI HDM10 caddy might already be in your machine if you have the MPC 2500.)
