Very nice Original new old stock Torrington handlebars of same design used on the Schwinn and Roadmaster Cycletrucks both prewar and postwar. 22 3/4" wide and 6" rise.  Has original olive drab paint and it has protected the metal like no chrome plating ever would.  I think the army used Zinc in the paint and that metal protects against rust like nothing else does! So it will be an easy task to plate this handlebar and there are dents totally unused condition with patina from stoarge and handing. See in one of the photos that these bars came wrapped in packs of six with no wrapping in between them so there is some patina rub off of the top coat in places showing some of the primer underneath.
