Mint unused New old stock Morrow brake clutch retaining ring.   Indexes the brake wedges so they apply at one time to push the brake sleeve up against the shell when the brake is applies.  These wear out and cause the brake to slip.  Not a bad part to have an extra spare laying around.   FREE SHIPPING.
