Hard to find Morrow part that is essential for proper braking.  A must to replace when rebuilding a hub as the teeth get worn from use..  New old stock Unused condition.  Very little surface rust spots on one side couple but an easy clean with a small wire brush or coarse steel wool and it does not in any way hurt the clutches.
