This fully jointed, (arms, legs and neck) STEIFF, brown mohair teddy bear is from their highly sought after, 1988 limited edition, of 5,000 worldwide pieces and a very important member of "The Golden Age of Circus" animal performers. He stands about 7 1/2" tall (8 inches when including his band leader cap) with big brown inset eyes, stitched snout and mouth, tan felt paw pads and big flat feet to stand. He wears his original, (removable) long red, band conductor's jacket with gold trim and buttons, stand-up collar and matching cap with visor and holds his wooden baton in one paw. Of course, he has his gold, Steiff button-in-ear and white cloth Steiff identification tag as well as both of his: Steiff Circus Band Bear limited edition tag: #4049 and Steiff care booklet. He is in mint perfect condition with no stains, no damages, no holes or tears, no fading and no odors as he is from a smoke free home.
