This dress is beautiful!  It is blue with black lace overlaid on the front and back.  There are lots of crystals on both the front and back and around the hem.  It has a matching royal blue hair scrunchie.  The fabric is a multi-stretch lycra and spandex.  There is a beige mesh fabric at the top.  The attached panty is made of matching blue lycra/spandex.  

This would be great for a competition or exhibition!  

Please check measurements carefully as these may not fit the same as other styles.  

Adult Small, approximate measurements in inches:

Bust:  32-34"

Waist:  24-28"

Hips:  30-33"

Girth:  58-60"

Girth measures from the shoulder through the crotch and back up to the shoulder.  This is an important measurement for a good fit through the torso area.
