Poetry (Chicago) for May 1942 features the 23 year-old Duncan's first contributions to the monthly. Two poems, including A Pair of Uranian Garters for Aurora Bligh.  

Poetry (Chicago) for September 1957 which offers five new poems by the 38 year-old Duncan, including "Morning Letter," and "There's Too Much Sea on the Big Sur." The poems here were later (1958) awarded Poetry's Union League Prize.

Poetry (Chicago) for January 1958. This number features Duncan's essay "In the Sight of a Lyre, a Little Spear, a Chair" in review of Hilda Doolittle's ("H.D.") "Selected Poems." A first-rate essay on her work, poems that Duncan treasured.

Poetry (Chicago) for February 1958 which features an essay by Duncan in review of his friend, poet James Broughton's new volume, "True & False Unicorn."

Poetry (Chicago) for March 1959. This issue features Duncan's new poem, "A Storm of White."

Poetry (Chicago) for October 1959 (late addition, not in photo, but a very good copy). This number features four new poems by Duncan, including "Bone Dance," and "Under Ground."

Poetry (Chicago) for June 1967 which opens with two poems by Duncan, "Passages 28: The Light" and "Eye of God: Passages 29."

Poetry (Chicago) for March 1968. This number offers Paul Zweig's essay "Robert Duncan's World" in review of four new works by Duncan including "Of the War: Passages 22-27," "The Year as Catches," and others. Late addition. No photo. 

Poetry (Chicago) for December 1968. Duncan here contributes "Passages 31: The Concert" and "Passages 32 (Ancient Reveries and Declamations). Not in photo.

Contemporary Literature (Wisconsin) for Spring 1975. Complete copy of this quarterly (not in photo, late addition) in very good condition. It offers A.K. Weatherhead's essay (11 pages) "Robert Duncan & the Lyric."

The Unmuzzled Ox (New York) for 1976 (#14) which offers "Robert Duncan's Interview" along with his photo, a facsimile of one of his poems, and one of his drawings. This interview, which is 18 pages, appears here during what is often called Duncan's "15-year silent period." It's from 1974. The wrappers have a little wear. See photo #4.

Contemporary Literature (Wisconsin) for Autumn 1980. This complete very good issue (late addition, no photo) opens with a 35-page interview with Duncan (conducted in Kansas and San Francisco with Jack Cohn and Thomas O'Donnell). This is an interview of some importance. Much here on the Black Mountain Movement and Charles Olson, Ezra Pound, Rilke, biology and philosophy, Jack Spicer, and many other persons and topics.

The London Times Literary Supplement for 7 September 2012 which dedicates a full oversize page to an essay by Stephen Ross called "At Last! At Last!" in review of American poet Lisa Jarnot's new biography of Duncan, "The Ambassador from Venus." See photo #3 for cover of issue. The London Review of Books for 24 October 2013. Like new issue (see photo #6) which features a long (more than 2 full pages--oversize) essay by Robert Baird in review of Jarnot's "Robert Duncan: The Ambassador from Venus." This is another essay of some interest on the life and works of Duncan.

Ploughshares (Emerson College) for Fall 2014. Like new copy offers Katherine Robinson's essay (14-pages)  on the works and life of Duncan, "Worlds Out of Worlds."
