very old 'American Idea Tinsel Outfit' from the St. Paul Souvenir Co. -- circa 1900-1910 period -- a box with several compartments and inner boxes with several shades of glitter or tinsel-gold and silver, and in a 3-compartment box: blue, red and yellow -- also included is a small packet of powdered mica and the original adhesive bottle with instructions -- originally intended to decorate signs or cards -- the box measures 4 1/4 by 9 1/4" by 2" deep  --
