For sale is an unusually large coffin end coin silver sugar tongs, marked J. Lockward, location unknown.  The piece is 7 1/4 inches long and weighs 58 grams.  It has oval grips and tapered arms with coffin end indentations near the bend. The piece is monogrammed “DHT” at the bend.  The piece is marked [J.LOCKWARD] in a rounded rectangle inside of both arms.<P>

Condition on the tongs is good. They are just normal signs of use.  It has not been buffed. A nice old coin tongs!<P>
