Silk crepe de chne. Beautiful abstract pattern in black, hot pink and white on a sage ground. Wide waistband with horizontal sewn down pleats at back (although shown with it zipped at center back this most probably is supposed to be zipped up the side which would place the vertical black band at center front). Skirt gathers into waistband. Box pleat at side for ease (up 17” from hem). Zips up at waistband and has four hooks and eyes.Measurements: Measurements on wovens are exact so allow 1/4” to 5/8” for fit/ease.

Condition: Very Good (minor evidence of use/wear, really nice and clean, found in dry clean bag in original owners closet, dry cleaner hung it with zipper to the back instead of the side, also the wide waistband was pressed out flat, it might have been pleated/draped due to the sewn down pleats. There is no support inside waistband to keep it upright on your waist)

Even items that have NEVER been worn/retain their original tags may have evidence of age/exposure to elements. As a collector I always list the obvious staining/spotting/discoloration and damage/defects to material to the best of my abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect displaying/using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning. Please be very specific in your questions regarding condition.

All Items are shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise noted or requested. I gladly ship overseas but items over 100.00 USD will have to go Priority Insured or First Class Mail International with Return Receipt (for tracking purposes). I automatically add insurance to invoices on items valued over 100.00 (which means that you pay for it and it will be added to the handling fee).
