Our items are heavy and fragile and can be damaged throughout the transit. Please send us a picture if this is the case and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

USA Shipping:  We can ship your orders to 50 US States including Alaska and Hawaii, U.S. territories, including; Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO military addresses (Some items shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be received within 5 to 7 business days. However, most orders take up to 14 business days.)

Worldwide Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping with eBay Global Shipping Program (GPS)  International Customers are fully responsible with customs fees, broker fees, shipping cost, and shipping upgrades. 

Shipping Speed: All orders ships with FedEx Ground which takes 1-5 business days. But if the packages small enough we automatically ship them with FedEx 2 Day delivery or USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. If you have any questions feel free to call us.
