This is a very BEAUTIFUL MERCHANT VARIETY TOKEN FROM HISTORIC TOWN OF DEER LODGE MONTANA... LISTED IN MY COPY OF MONTANA BOOK, AND YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT A DOLLAR BACK IN THE OLD DAYS WAS A LOT OF MONEY

THE HISTORIC TOWN OF DEER LODGE GOES WAY BACK AS FUR TRADE TOWN, LOCATED IN POWELL COUNTY NOT FAR FROM ANACONDA AND BUTTE MT

Trade token is aluminum metal, round shaped,  about 35mm in size ,  overall displays very nicely. Has never been in the ground
