Holes at the ears, nose and mouth. You are able to eat whilst wearing the mask. (Although care should be taken with the mouth)

Eyebrows are lifelike using attached light hair.

Mask comes without make up, however you can add your own make up. You can also add your own wig for your chosen hair style.
