18th C. Continental Faux Painted Chest of Drawers


A fine and early Continental painted chest of drawers, probably Italian in origin, c. 1750. The chest has a burnt orange surface decorated with faux grain. The chest is fitted with three long drawers over a base with short bracket feet. Condition is very good with no restoration to the painted surface. Circa: 1750. Dimensions: Height 37", Depth 25", Width 50".
