SHIPPING

Shipping is as described in the listing.

Orders placed by 4:30 PM Pacific Time are typically shipped the same day. We do not process orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

Unless otherwise stated, we will ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail.

Workstations and Servers require 3-4 Business days for building and testing before being shipped

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/AFO shipping addresses.

Ground shipping is delivered within 3-10 days, depending on the shipping location.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

It is Buyers responsibility to make sure that Buyers system will support the components that Buyer purchases.

VRLA Tech offers returns within 30 days of purchase.

Payment is due within 3 days after the auction has ended.

Buyer must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from VRLA Tech prior to returning the product.

All equipment sold by VRLA Tech, LLC is sold as refurbished and comes with VRLA Tech comprehensive warranty unless stated otherwise.

RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after issuance.

9.75% Sales tax will be added to purchases made within California. A valid resale certificate is required to be exempt from sales tax.

Buyer is responsible for insurance and return shipping costs.

All returns are handled on a case by case basis.
