RC HIGH PERFORMANCE HOBBIES WARRANTY INFORMATION

Limited 30 Day Warranty
All warranty claims must be handled through Rc High Performance Hobbies and not your hobby dealer.

Warranty Claims

If you believe you have a warranty claim, simply email us include all information associated with the claim. Also a copy of your purchase receipt.

Parts Problem

If you have a specific part problem Rc High Performance Hobbies will determine if the issue in question is covered under warranty and will contact you within 3 business days after form submission. If determined that the part or parts are covered under warranty, Rc High Performance Hobbies will send you the part(s) at no charge. We may ask for photos or that some parts to be returned prior to sending out replacement parts.

Vehicle Problem

If you have a vehicle problem, email for a return authority number, you may send the entire vehicle back to Rc High Performance Hobbies and the Rc High Performance Hobbies technicians will repair your vehicle at no charge for labor but may require payment for parts needed if they are not covered under warranty. We will require payment for shipping the item back to you.

General Warranty Information

Warranties are only valid if the items were purchased from Rc High Performance Hobbies.

These warranties cover defects with the materials, workmanship, or assembly at factory only. All replacement parts and warranty approvals are at the sole discretion of Rc High Performance Hobbies.

These warranties do not cover breakage due to abuse, improper break-in, improper setup, or improper operation.

Rc High Performance Hobbies does not accept any returns if fuel has been put into the vehicle or if the vehicle has been used in any way. New item returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all returned items must first receive a return authority number from Rc High Performance Hobbies prior to shipment.

Delivery Policy

All order that are placed prior to 11am will be sent out the same day, All other orders will be sent out the following day except weekends and public holidays. For international freight the website will not calculate the freight correct. This will need to be calculated at time of booking the freight. Any difference will need to be paid prior to the goods being dispatched.

International orders government chargers.

Some countries have import taxes on goods. We hold no responsibility on these chargers and this need to be paid by the buyer.
