JT Pignoni production is today the largest and most modern production plant for the world of pinion and crown, equipped among other things with the latest generation of numerical control machines for production. JT Pignoni produces the entire range of gears and cogwheels for the aftermarket and original equipment market. Each pinion and crown goes through 25 production stages and is therefore subjected to more than ten individual quality checks, in order to successfully leave the production. JT Pinions done in the right way: from turning, milling and drilling! This is the only way to obtain the highest quality at the lowest tolerances and the best tooth profile. After a subsequent heat compensation each item is checked by hand - so is JT Pignoni standard of new quality in the motorcycle sector.
