This kit is an Air Bleeder barbed plug and Silicon sealer usually used on a Waterway Hot Tub Pump Face to bleed the air off the pump while filling the tub up. I have seen these fittings in many brands just compare the pictures and measurements with your current fitting. This barb is usually replaced because the barb is broken off and leaking.
