Orders are dispatched the same day, (where possible). Within the UK we offer a choice of delivery services, including 1st & 2nd class standard or recorded post or Special Delivery (Please note this service does not guarantee a next day delivery). Your parcel may require a signature on delivery depending on which service you choose. For orders weighing above 1 Kilo, we use the standard parcel service or a courier company. If you require your goods to be sent by Special (Next Day) delivery please note: Royal Mail will deliver goods sent on a Friday on the following Monday - if you require Saturday delivery, or delivery by any other means please email us for a quote.

For orders sent outside of the UK we use Royal Mail's standard Airmail service, if you would prefer a service which is trackable or requires a signature upon delivery please email us for a price before ordering.

You may return any item to us WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT,Please check items carefully upon receipt, and report any problems to us within 7 days - If your goods are faulty we will despatch replacement goods free of charge as soon as we receive them back. (Please note that we do not refund the cost of your return postage unless the goods are faulty)
