You are getting a dainty, celestial constellation necklace. This necklace is set with miniature high quality cubic zirconia diamonds and attached to  fine cable original rhodium plated chain. 

Charm size is 7/16" wide X 1/2" high (11mm X 12mm). The first and last picture shows the charm with two loops on the sides, but the necklace charm is on the top center like the one the model was wearing.
