All ATHENA items, produced in displacements and / or powers higher than those provided for by the road code of the country of origin of the end user, are intended exclusively for competitive sports use. Use on the public road, as well as in the aeronautical and marine fields, is prohibited. ATHENA declines all responsibility for different uses. The customer is therefore responsible that the distribution of the items purchased in Athena complies with the legislation in force in his country, freeing the same from any liability.
