This item includes a DVD. No manual or box is included. DVD is with normal wear and has been verified no read error and will be sent in a generic jewel case for protection. If you get any error, some even said CRC or checksum, corrupted error it is from compatibility issue but not disc physically error. The DVD includes 12 command conquer games. All games released for older Windows. Games should run well in Most XPs, still some XP PCs could run into issues. Will have more issues in Win7/8/10+. Issues reported from buyers "Unable to set the video mode", or screen and freezes, then comes up with a message saying "Sorry a serious error has occurred". You can find the solution for this issue online or step-by-step solution in youtube.

"The Yuri Revenge won't load or black screen", when I searched online, here are possible solutions - run it under compatibility mode or with system admin privilege. You might need to also search "Yuri Revenge Won't load" or "Yuri Revenge black screen" for other solutions. The first search result from game publisher has many discussions and youtube links to show the solutions.
"Red Alert 2 slow lag", search "Red Alert 2 Slow" or "Red Alert 2 Slow Youtube help" - many discussions about this issue
"Tiberian Sun Freeze", Solution could be seen when I search "Tiberian Sun Freeze"
"CRC error: The file C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer Red Alert(tm) II\RA2\ra2.mix doesn’t match the file in the setups .cab file." I found a solution from Microsoft website and buyer tried it did not seem to help. Many other buyers stated the same disc working well in other computer. This indicated it is not disc error but a compatibility issue.
One user reported having display color issue, search game name or First Decade with "display color issue" and you will see the solution.
