Tell us a date that is special to you (birthday, anniversary, adoption, memorial, etc) and we'll create a moon phase charm from that night that glows! This necklace can have 1, 2, 3 or 4 moons - perfect for mom for Mother's day for each kid's birthday.

After ordering, go to your order page and select "Contact Seller".  Next, under "Select a Topic" choose "Other" and click "Contact the Seller".  Enter the date(s) you want for your moon phase(s) and click "Send Message".  If you have any problems, please contact us.

Please include the dates in these two formats to help ensure accuracy, example: January 28, 2005 & 01/28/2005 (MM/DD/YYYY). We use specific moon phase charts to calculate the birth moon, other charts could vary so if you want a specific moon phase, please let us know.

Locket is 30mm, 1.18 inches.
Moon charms are 10mm in diameter. If your locket has more than 1 moon, they will be 8mm.
Comes with a matching stainless steel link chain, 18 inch with 2 inch extender (20 inches total).

The charms are loose and meant to “float” around the locket. Lockets are magnetic (except for the stainless steel locket which screws open and closed). Please make sure lockets are closed properly so the charms do not fall out.  Our necklaces are created with fine attention to detail and handcrafted by us in the US.

We've used a very high quality long lasting glow mixture which reaches full charge in about fifteen minutes of sunlight or strong florescent light (such as kitchen light or UV light---UV light will give a fast charging ultra bright glow). Gorgeous ice blue glow will diminish over time, but can be charged over and over again for years to come. Glows brighter and longer than traditional glow powders or paints.
