• We accept Paypal, E-checks and other forms of payment. We will confirm cleared payment for E-checks the same day by sending an e-mail with your shipping tracking information.

• We ship Parcel Post or USPS Flat-rate unless we provide a UPS choice in our listing.  Most all packages are shipped in 24hrs. Remember, after we ship, we have no control over  when your item arrives. Allow 12 days before contacting us.

• If you need this item quickly select USPS Priority mail when you order.

• If you feel the information at checkout is not accurate, please just wait for our invoice. We check the figures carefully for each invoice. Occasionally the shipping and insurance figures are not accurate for the purchase of more than one item.

• We are happy to offer a combined shipping discount if more than one item is ordered, if they can be shipped together. The highest shipping cost will be charged first then with a 50% discount on shipping for each additional item.
  

• We will never inflate your shipping cost to increase our profit on your purchase. When we use a US Postal Flat-Rate box,we charge the US Postal standard Flat-Rate fee and never add a handling charge.

We aim to list our items with accuracy and with plenty of descriptive photos. Please contact us if you feel there is a mistake in the description or shipping & insurance charges.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• As with most vendors, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned in the same condition as mailed and in the original packaging before a refund or exchange will be made.
  

• Returned items must be insured by the customer. If your shipment is lost with no insurance there cannot be a refund.
  

• We encourage you to ask as many questions as you wish about our products before you bid and closely examine our photos.

• If an item must be returned because the buyer made an error in his selection there will be a modest $10.00 restocking fee to cover office and shipping supplies & expense. Please do your homework before purchasing.
