    RETURN POLICY

  • Shortages or Damages: It is strongly recommended that all merchandise be fully inspected at time of delivery.  If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.  Damaged items can be exchanged (subject to availability) or refunded in full at your discretion.
  • Non Defective Returns:  Items qualify for returns up to 14 days after your item is delivered. The original purchaser has a period of 14 days from date of delivery to return any purchase for a refund less the cost of our outgoing shipping.  Items must be in original condition and packaging. No used merchandise will be accepted.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged. 

    • Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise.
