This piece of vintage jewelry is a man's slide tie bar from the 1930s. Tie bar is really unusual! It is made of celluloid (the iconic parallel lines are visible but I was unable to get a picture). Celluloid is a rounded rectangular with a raised edge. Carved in this rectangle are a polar bear and a wolf facing off over a dead seal. Piece is in excellent vintage condition. Comes in gift box.
