Condition:  Near fine dark green full leather volume with decorated front and back covers and title in gold on the spine.  This volume is a standard full leather Franklin Library signed first edition with marbled end pages and silk page marker and gold page edges all around. The covers are clean and all of the decorations and gold print are bright and sharp.  There are no stickers or marks inside.  The corners are sharp and free of any bumping. The gold page edges are nearly perfect with only a some minor marks on the fore edge. There is one full page b&w illustration.  This is true first edition with a special message for the first edition readers from the author.  Collector's notes are laid in.  Book size is 6 1/2 by 9 1/2 inches tall, 328 pages.
