3 1/4" fitter, 6 1/4" tall, 4 1/2" wide. 

 White glass in center to clear top and clear bottom for down lighting. 

Made by Harglo Glass in West Virginia 

for J. Virden Lighting.

This shade will fit most flush ceiling fixtures with common bases (3 1/4") with the 3 or 4 screw arrangement holder.
