This ia a complete reading program that is phonetically based.  Children are reading on a second or third grade level when they are finished with the program.  This is a very systematic program that teaches the phonics rules and sounds in the workbooks and then uses the readers to reinforce the concepts learned.  Each reader contains only words that they have already learned in their workbooks.  This is the best reading program on the market!
