GROM Military Unit Cichociemnych Paratroopers of the Home Army - Special Forces military unit formed on July 13, 1990 [1] [2] (Military Unit 2305) in response to the shooting by terrorists on March 30, 1990 in Beirut of two Poles, in retaliation for the help of the Polish government in emigrating Jews from the USSR to Israel [3].
