Our Items: We list a variety of items daily. Our items come from wholesale, clearance, liquidation, thrift stores, and shelf pulls. Some items may have price sticker residue, or the outer packaging may be less than perfect, and our prices reflect this. We make every attempt to inspect the items, and show in pictures or listing any defects. Please review all photos.
Feedback: We are a husband and wife team, and we love what we do. We want you to love our bargains as much as we love finding them. If you have any questions or concerns, please message us, we answer all inquiries the same day when possible. Anything less than 5 stars for us is a failure to what we are trying to provide. If you have any critique please let us know, we take it seriously and want to improve when needed. We do not sell any product that we would personally not use, purchase, or want in our home. In fact, most items are purchased with the idea that if they don't sell, someone in our families will want it, and therefore no wasted inventory!
Returns: As a buyer you are always backed by eBay's guarantee. If an item is not as described, you can always return the item. Many of our items have our 30 day return policy as well. If the item is in the original packaging, and unopened, or unused. If you have an issue with an order, please reach out to us directly via eBay message - we want you to be happy with your purchase, and to buy from us again, so please let us know how we can make that happen.
Shipping
We ship the majority of our items via USPS First Class, or Media Mail in poly-mailers, padded envelopes, or lightweight boxes. If you are returning an item, we only ask that you pack the item as it was sent to you.
