Payment
For UK Customers I accept Paypal, Postal Orders and Cheques, please make them payable to Jane Murray, for overseas customers I only accept Paypal.

Delivery
All items I list are in stock and I aim to dispatch the next working day.
All deliveries require a third party for delivery so I will be unaware of non delivery or damage in transit, please let me know via ebay messages any issues and I will do my utmost to rectify them.
Smaller items are sent Royal Mail First Class larger will require a courier each listing will show the service used for that particular item.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it within 14 days of receipt in it's original unused packaged condition and I will exchange it or refund as required.
For refunds the original sale price will be refunded as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was received.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, when posting please obtain a certificate of posting if not using a signed for service so that a claim can be made in the event of loss.

Postage & Packaging
I only charge postage at cost plus a small amount to cover the wrapping materials, packaging and fuel to transport items to my local drop off point.
I am always happy to combine postage and packaging and will only charge it at cost.

Feedback
As soon as an item is paid for and dispatched I will leave the buyer positive feedback.
So that I am aware the item has arrived would you please leave me feedback, positive if you are happy with your purchase.
However if you have any issues with your purchase or delivery would you please contact me to see if I can rectify the problem before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
I try to ensure that I provide the service that I would expect to receive in return and would be the first to admit that I do make mistakes from time to time, however I will do all I can to fix any issues you may have.
