T-Nut for Fitting an Aloris AXA Style QC Toolpost for South Bend 9" or 10" Lathe


Caution: SBL 9" & light 10's use this T-nut but a different one is required for a 10L (heavy 10). These fit a slot that is 1-1/4" at the bottom, and has an opening of 7/8" allowing a 1/4" thick flange to slide freely. . The thread size is 9/16"-18UNF for use with AXA toolposts. We have measured carefully and the thread is really 9/16"-18UNF and the 14mm x 1.5 thread being offered by others is not correct, but does work.
