Important Information:You cannot use our converters in California since our converters are not CARB compliant.
New York and Maine residents cannot use our products if their vehicle is under California emissions. It must be on Federal emissions ONLY. You can check your emissions standards by looking under your hood or calling your dealership and providing them your VIN. Some of our pictures have painted products, this is done to take away all the impurities from the welding and to clearly show the buyer how the product looks and where the O2 sensors are and other important information. Our products won’t be painted when shipped. Additional Requests can be made. All you got to do is leave us a message and we will respond in a timely manner.

Your order will be shipped out within one business day of receiving payment and you should expect to receive it within 2-6 business days (Monday-Friday). We can provide expedited shipping at an additional cost. You just need to message us and we will provide you with instructions. We ship all our items VIA UPS. US buyers won’t have to pay any additional Custom charges since we take care of them before we ship.
We do not ship to California since our Converters don’t meet California Standards so all CA orders will be Cancelled.
We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. To successfully return a part, it will have to be in its original conditions without any modifications. It must come back to us in its original box and with all the hardware that was provided. Please be advised that YOU MUST UPLOAD THE TRACKING NUMBER to eBay's return request in order to get your money back.
To avoid any penalties, please contact us as soon as a problem arises. - We do not accept COD packages or FEDEX. - You MUST state on the returning document that the item is being returned back to seller for customs clearance purpose. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges, taxes, and/or duties. We take pride in customer satisfaction and that’s why our products come with a 100% fitment guarantee. Return shipping will be on the customer if ordered by mistake or ordered the wrong part. Please check with a licensed mechanic for the part you need before ordering. We offer return Labels at a reduced price since we get better quotes from UPS and we would like to pass that saving on to the costumer so please message us before you ship the item back.
All our catalytic converters come with a 5 year or 50000 miles warranty for the converter body and the end pipes. Our converters have been designed and manufactured to meet state and federal emission requirements when the vehicle is properly maintained (excluding California). All our products must be installed by a licenced Mechanic for the warranty to be honoured. Warranty will be void if our converters are damaged or modified also if the substrate is melted and or broken. This happens with other issues with the vehicle. For the Warranty to be honored, you must return the part with proof of purchase and must provide reports of the failure from a licensed auto mechanic. Please note: Labor and shop expenses are not covered by the warranty.

Do the Converters work in New York?
Our Catalytic Converters will work in New York if your Vehicle is on Federal emissions ONLY. Please provide your dealership with your Vin and they can clarify what emissions standards your vehicle abides by.
Are your products direct fits?
Most of our Products are Bolt on. The Mechanic needs to bolt off and bolt the new parts on. Some of our products are clamp on and repair kits. The Mechanic will need to make precision cuts and clamp or weld the part together.
Can I pay for expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. Just message us and we can walk you through the process.
How are the parts shipped?
Most of our products are shipped in Boxes and some pieces are shipped in bubble wrap.
