The February 2024 MBE mean scaled score was 131.8. The February 2023 MBE mean scaled score fell to an all-time low of 131.1. This is the lowest February MBE score on record. This was a decrease of 1.5 points from the previous year; last February’s mean scaled MBE score was 132.6.  Scores have declined 3 points since 2021, when the February average MBE score was 134. The MBE mean score has dropped since 2014.
