This well-established and cost effective shear cap anti vibration pedestal mount has the following unusual selling features:

1.   This mount is designed to deflect more than a normal pedestal mount of this style, which give it increased vibration absorption capabilities. 

2.   It has a failsafe structure which will help maintain its structural integrity in the event that it is unintentionally loaded in tension.

3.   The rubber structure within the mount will offer a level of consistent performance when the mount is loaded in shear, or laterally rather than just in compression.  That said, the mount is designed for optimum performance when it is loaded in compression.
