Shipping
I usually ship the next business day on US orders placed before 5pm PST.
I ship by USPS by either first class, parcel post or priority mail, depending
on the shipping cost and fee. If your shipping payment covers the cost of
priority mail, then your package will be shipped by priority mail. I am happy
to provide insurance or expedited shipping as necessary to meet your needs,
just ask for an invoice for extra services. All U.S. shipments paid by PayPal
receive USPS tracking by email.
Please provide a current address. I am not responsible for additional shipping
costs or loss of items associated with incorrect shipping addresses provided by
your PayPal or Ebay accounts. If your shipping addresses do not
match, then I cannot provide next day shipping. I will ship as quickly as I can
confirm your current address under those circumstances.
Refunds
and Exchanges
At this time Wild Magnolia Soaps
cannot accept returns or exchanges on soaps due to sanitary concerns. If you
are unhappy with your item or have any issues with an item please contact me
before leaving feedback as customer satisfaction is my highest priority. In the
event of damaged items via postal service I will require photographs of the
damaged item in order to evaluate. We will do our best to work together to make
sure everyone is happy. Refunds do not include shipping fees.
In addition, if you have a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of
receiving item or no refund or exchange can be made.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We love to create custom orders, however, all items that are on sale and sample sizes are sold AS IS. If you see an item that is on sale or a sample and would like it created differently, the item will be charged normal price (not sale price).
