Vintage 1980s girls leather mini skirt! This is a Misses size 7. Held flat and stretched tight, the waist measures just over 13.5 inches (35 cm). The skirt measures 16.5 inches from the top of the waistband to the hem. Side zipper with a button snap. This is a vintage item and has been worn but is in excellent condition, with no damage or stains. Tag inside says "Made exclusively for Jay Jacobs by Winlit". The skirt is rust colored, suede, with a sort of dimpled pattern in the suede leather.
