We ask that your payment be received within three days of agreeing to purchase your item, unless the item has been marked as "immediate payment".  Please adhere to this policy as we do report non-payers to eBay.

If a listing offers free shipping, the listing will be clearly marked with eBay's "Free Shipping" icon.  Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 United States.  We are more than happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Internationally.  Please contact us for a shipping quote. 

Some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer in which case the shipping method is at their discretion and may or may not be the method listed in the description. 

In some cases, carpet we sell is oversized in length. Our shipping carrier requires that oversized shipments be delivered to a business address only. If you cannot readily provide a business address, many of our customers use a local UPS Store or packing store for the delivery. By ordering an item marked for business delivery only, you agree to pay any additional residential delivery surcharges should our carrier determine that your address is a residence or a business in a residential area.

We ship items Monday through Friday only.  We are not open on weekends or major holidays (or if the hunting and fishing is good).

 Refund Policy:  Please refer to the listing for the refund policy on that particular item.  On items where refunds are accepted, there will be a 20% restocking fee per item on all returned items (except when returning due to an error on our part). Shipping costs will not be refunded. The item must be returned in new, unused and undamaged condition with original packaging. Please message us through eBay prior to returning an item to receive a return authorization.

A note regarding carpet colors:  The carpet colors shown are our best representation of the actual color of the carpet.  All computer monitors display differently, so please request a sample if you are trying to exactly match a color or are looking for a specific hue.  We regret that we cannot offer refunds due to color discrepancies.

Our bricks and mortar shop in Southwest Georgia offers boat repair and restoration services by guys with over 20 years of experience.  We are also an authorized MinnKota and Motorguide Service Center.  We can repair your trolling motor, often under warranty, or sell you the necessary parts to fix it yourself (if you crave that sense of satisfaction).
