Prices

9. We strive to ensure that prices on our website are accurate and up to date.  We are obliged to reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without notice but in the rare event that a price is varied after you authorise payment you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or authorise an additional payment.  Our prices are denominated in Australia and include GST which is currently 10%.  Our prices do not include postage or delivery, and we accept payment for online orders by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
10. Payment is to be made at the time of placing your order, and no orders will be processed until full payment has been received.

Availability of Products

11. All sales made on our website are subject to availability.  If we are out of stock from time to time we will notify you as expeditiously as possible on the email address you have supplied and if appropriate issue a full refund for the products ordered but not available.

Delivery

12. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after hours
13. Delivery is arranged either by post or courier delivery and tracking information will be available upon request.  We take no responsibility for slow or late delivery of items by post or courier.
14. Delivery is estimated between 2-7 working days from the date of leaving our warehouse but may vary depending on demand and delivery conditions.

Return of products

15. Return or exchange of items will be accepted if the product is faulty or unfit for purpose or does not match the sample or description, in which case we will offer you a repair, exchange or refund.  We retain the right to inspect or seek photographic evidence of any defect prior to accepting our obligation to exchange or replace.
16. You are obliged to provide us with such information and materials as we reasonably request prior to our approving any return.
17. Any products returned due to defect or fitness for purpose must be returned within 30 days of leaving our warehouse.  You should contact us via email to discuss your issues and provide us a copy or details of your receipt when lodging your complaint.
18. Subject to our acceptance of your complaint we will arrange for the return of the damaged product/s to us and upon receipt of return of the goods and our inspection of same we will either refund you the purchase price or arrange a replacement product.  We will communicate with you upon inspection of the goods.
19. It is our policy to seek to process refunds returned, exchanges and complaints within 2-7 days of receipt.  All products returned must be in their original and as new condition.  Any returns received in damaged condition or used condition will be rejected unless being returned under a warranty or having been damaged in transit.
20. If a purchase is being returned under statutory consumer requirements all returned costs will be covered by us.
21. Returns and refunds are accepted according to the Australian Consumer Law or at our discretion.
22. If the products are returned for an exchange for any reason other than those stipulated in the Australian Consumer Law, postage and return costs will your responsibility and additional postage and delivery fees will be charged to you for the return of a replacement product.

Warranty

23. Our dash mats have a 10-year warranty term from the date of purchase which includes colour fastness, UV stabilisation, distortion, shrinkage and fitness for purpose. Is does not cover misuse.
24. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by a receipt for the purchase of the product.

Steps

1. Before you commence fitting your dash mat, make sure the dashboard is thoroughly clean of dirt and polish.
2. In the packaging, you will find pre-cut velcro pieces. Place ONE piece of velcro on either side of your dashboard, at the far retention points. Remove the backing and stick it in place.
3. Align your dash mat cut outs with the vents and media so that they are not covered and attach. For safety, it is important that you do not fasten the airbag flap to the dashboard.
4. Once it is in place, use the remaining velcro to smooth out and secure any bumps. It will take approximately seven days for the mat to completely flatten out.
