Shipping Terms

We will endeavour to ship all items within 48 hours of payment being received. We do not ship items on weekends.

Returns Policy

We endeavour to provide accurate photos and descriptions of our items at all times. However, in the rare case that an item is defective or significantly different to how it was described, we will provide you with a refund and cover the cost of return postage. Claims for refunds must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

Refunds will be paid to you only when the item has been returned to us and is in the exact same condition as it was when it was sent.

If there is a change of mind we will allow a refund however the BUYER will be responsible for return postage costs. The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was when it was sent and we will then process your refund.
