• Only ways of making the payment to us via eBay is by Credit or Debit card and PayPal.

• We are not able to provide a VAT invoice prior to delivery. Once your delivery has taken place please feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to process your request.

All orders received with cleared payment by 2:00PM weekdays are dispatched in one day, you should expect to receive it in 2-3 days after dispatch (for orders sent economy delivery).

Our working days for delivery are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

For international shipping: 

From 1 Jan 2021, all parcels to EU are subject to inspection and clearance through customs.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. 

These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

We allow returns of unused, undamaged items for refund or exchange within 30 days.

This period may be extended during the Christmas period of November and December, which will be stated on the listing.  For returns the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
