Vintage Amber Glass Swag Light Hanging Ceiling Globe Diamond Pattern 8" Diameter - Original Hardware
This is a wonderful vintage Amber Glass Hanging Ceiling Globe Swag Light. It was made in Spain, and was either produced or distributed by the Vista Lite Company. It is listed as part # 7498M.
The globe measures about 8" in diameter and is 9.5" tall. With the top and bottom fixtures in place it hangs about 19" tall total. It comes with all of the original hardware, and it doesn't loo like it has ever been hung. The black metal top and bottom finials are made to look like cast iron, but are metal.
On the top, the light socket has a great pull chain with a nice long original chain. It pulls smoothly. For the bottom fixture, there is an original black tassel that you can see hanging in the image that is pictured.
The cord is long, and has an un-polarized plug. The cord is woven in and out of the chain that will hang the light. The chain is made of metal links. The chain is about 8 feet long, and the cord is a little longer.
