Please note: 

The seeds are harvested this season from my garden.
These are very very fine tiny seeds. So the contents of about 5-6 dried flower heads will be sent. there are loads of seeds in that.  Usually more seeds are provided than the number stated in the listing. The seeds will be sent in small grip seal bags within an envelope. Please inspect upon receipt before storing away. If storing for a longer time transfer to a paper envelope.

Sowing/Growing instructions are not provided with your order but can be found in this listing page. I assume you have some basic knowledge of seed sowing. More germination and propagation and plant growing advice can easily be found on the internet / Youtube or in books. If you are unsure about a plant and its growing requirements please research before you purchase to make sure the seeds and plants are suitable for your soil and growing conditions. 

Pictures are of the plants growing in my garden. The last photo is of seedlings. They are very easy to identify due to the "Luminous Green" colour.

Please note that even though this is a herbal plant, I am selling these seeds only for ornamental purposes. Buyer assume responsibility if used as a herbal plant.


PLANT INFORMATION

Common Name: Feverfew, Bachelor's Buttons

Latin Name : Tanacetum parthenium

Type: short-lived Perennial

Height: Up to 40-50 cm

Spread: Up to 25-35 cm

This is a herbaceous perennial. A stunning profusion of small daisy-like flowers are appear from a basal rosette of Golden Yellow/Green leaves from early to late summer depending on seed sowing time. The Plant once established will require very little care and will reach a height of about 40-50cm and a spread of about 25-30cm.

The plant is perfect for the front of the border cottage garden borders and wildlife gardens.

Sowing Instructions

Sow in early spring or early summer in situ or planting in containers can be done all year round. Sprinkle a few seeds into pots filled with damp soil and cover very thinly. Keep moist in a sunny position. Germination will occur in about 2-3 weeks. Once the plants are large enough to handle plant them in a sunny area in the garden once the threat of frost has passed. The plant once established will require very little care. Prolific self-seeders. You will have loads of baby seedlings appear everywhere in your garden. So watchout!!!.

You can sow them in late summer or early autumn in situ for next spring germination too.
