This kind of LED will give you a nice HID-matching look when 

operating as the parking lights and are legal since they flash amber when the turn signals are used

Bulb is Cold white when parking lights are on,signals amber only when turn signals are activated and returns to white once turn signal is deactivated.

Note:

Please note that most cars required LED resistors when switching from halogen turn light bulbs to LED to avoid hyper flashing and low wattage issue. If this is the first time you use LED bulbs on turn light, please use load resistors(NOT inclued)with new bulbs.
