BENEFITS OF BUYING HANDMADE

Unlike most mass-produced lampshades, I hand make lampshades using a fire retardant (conforming to British safety regulations) PVC, which is thicker, less prone to creasing, has anti-yellowing properties, is anti-static and I hand roll edges and the seam so there are no unsightly raw edges.

PVC options are white, clear, textured champagne, textured gold and brushed gold. Contact me for a quote for options not advertised.

LAMPSHADE HOLDER

Lampshade utility fittings – shown in photos – fit standard UK and EU lamps Bayonet cap or Edison screw cap.

A removable plastic converter pops out of the utility fitting to alter the size.

Utility fitting diameters are 27mm with the converter and 42mm without the converter.

USA harp fittings are available on request.

Low energy bulbs must be used with your lampshade.

PATTERN PLACEMENT

Lampshades are handmade so by their nature, no two will be the same.

If you want identical please ask, I will always do my best to accommodate but it will cost a little more.

I always ensure there is a good pattern placement but if you have a specific request, please contact me before you order, and I’ll let you know if it’s possible.
