We post all our orders with either Australia post or Aramex Australia(formally Fastway couriers).
We will typically ship the goods within 1 to 3 business days. Otherwise we will notify you if more time is required. As some of our stock may need to be bought in from storage.

We reserve the right to open and inspect statue for manufacturer flaws before posting them out. If you do not wish for this to happen. Contact us before purchase to inform us that you want it sealed. If any faults are then found. Responsibility and cost for return post is sole on the buyer.

In the unlikely event that an item is found to have manufacturing faults, or has been incorrectly sent, we will gladly replace it. Claims for faulty merchandise need to be made within 7 days of receipt/delivery.
