POSTAGE AND PACKING:
All items are very carefully packed using bubble-wrap and or protective plastic etc before being put into a padded envelope, box or a pallet for larger items. 
We take great care to make sure you receive your item in the same condition as described in the listing. 
All listed postage charges include the cost of packing materials like bubble-wrap and tape etc. to make sure items arrive safely to your chosen delivery address. 

DELIVERY:
Please make sure you select the correct delivery address during the checkout process.
Some items require a contact phone number for delivery ie. large items on pallets, as well as some of the couriers we use. 
Please make sure you have a contact phone number if needed. 
Items are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days (Mon-Sat) after receiving cleared payment.

We use Shutl, interparcel, Royal Mail, Parcelforce as well as other couriers if needed for our deliveries. We may use a pallet company for sending bigger or heavier items, in which case we will need your delivery postcode prior to purchase to make sure there are no additional courier fees due to being in a remote area like Scottish highlands or Inner London etc..

PLEASE NOTE:

If you're not at home when the delivery is attempted a "We missed you card" is normally left in your letterbox telling you where your parcel is.  Due to this please always double check in between any leaflets left in your letterbox before throwing away to avoid discarding your missed you card by accident. 

If your not in for delivery on the 1st attempt: The card left by the courier in your letterbox will give you details if they will redeliver or if the item needs to be collected from the local depot. It is your responsibility to contact the courier and either arrange re-delivery or collect the parcel from your local depot. We will not be responsible for items being returned to us because the receiver has not collected their item from their local depot within the time-frame. 

Any items returned to us due to this will need the postage to be paid again before sending out again. If the postage & packing charge is free on the listing that means it is incorporated into the cost of the item and a re-delivery postage charge will be required charged at cost before any items will be re-sent out again from our address. If you change your mind and return the item the refund will be less what our p&p would of been -  Thank You!

Payment is via Paypal or Credit cards via Paypal only. Cash on Collection is possible from Newport - Isle of Wight after payment made.



SECURITY
Please note all items have been security marked to avoid fraud. All items returned to us MUST have our security mark on it and any other writing. No Security Marks / writing = NO Returns allowed. False Claims or / and buyers trying to return different items or items that are not complete etc will not be tolerated and will be reported to eBay. We video record the opening of all returns as part of the return process.
